Step aboard the Hartford Harnser and instantly experience the feeling of spacious comfort in a light and airy atmosphere, free from damp and condensation.
Space for comfortable living has been of prime consideration in the design of the Hartford Harnser. The open plan lounge area allows for free standing furniture and a feature of the main bedroom is a fitted bed with full size doublemattress.
Space for storage has been given a great deal of thought and there are full length wardrobes, cupboards, drawers, and an airing cupboard with slatted shelves. All cupboards are either finished in fitted wood or cork tiles.
Light and Airy Atmosphere
The ever welcoming atmosphere has been achieved by the insulation of the entire interior, complete with double glazed windows and central heating as standard.
The Hartford Harnser (Harnser is an English Norfolk name for Heron) has been designed with detail being important. The lighting aboard is of good quality. All fittings have been chosed with care. The boat is wired for 240 volt mains and 12 volt electricity with television and telephone sockets. The all steel hull and superstructure provide strength and reliability with the minimum amount of maintenance.
Owner's Cabin The cabin has full length wardrobe space. cupboards and drawers. The double bed is accessible either side with fittings for side bedside lamps.
Adjoining Bathroom Comprises of shower, toilet, washbasin set, with bathroom fittings and a solar powered fan in the roof
Galley (Kitchen) Ample work surfaces with refrigerator, fitted oven and grill with seperate hob. The deep sink has an integral drainer with a removable solid wood chopping board. There is a wall cupboard with plate rack above.
Lounge Spacious lounge with cupboards and shelving; radiator; two wall lights, ceiling lights, ample 240 volt and 12 volt power points; TV socket and telephone socket.
Forward Cockpit Teak side seats and locker. Warp/anchor locker.
Aft Cockpit Solid teak rails. Engine controls. Weed hatch. Engine hatch, gas locker. Brass tiller with wood handle. Teak doors with brass louvres to cabin
Engine Perkins 4.108 Waterways with PRM 160 gearbox 2:1 reduction ratio. Flexible rubber mountings. Single lever control. Motorola 70 amp alternator with blocking diode split charge system. Freshwater heat exchange cooling system.

Water System
Sureflow electric pressure system with freshness filter fitted into system. Hot water supplied by hot water cylinder heated by central heating boiler and engine waste heat. Pressure system supplies sink, shower, and vanitory unit.
