La Distillerie Restaurant , St Marcel, near Ginestas, Le Somail, Narbonne, Aude, Languedoc

This restaurant was suffering from too much traffic as it opened up, but the food was smart, with very good service. The architectural elegance of metal work shines creating high cathedral ceilings, with well placed chandeliers. Its early days - however I am looking forward to see what they have up their sleeves. Good looking bar. Could be great for receptions.
