During the Summer months the city hosts great music evenings where numerous musicians and bands play - usually Thursday nights.

Large concerts are also given (Bob Dylan played here a couple of years ago) and there are music events with a Latin or Spanish feel. There is a good smattering of warm enticing restaurants and bars, many near to the Cathedrale. For dancing late into the morning - there are a number of discotheques and clubs.
